We are pleased to announce that Mr Mark Beattie has joined our team here at Synergy Organisational Solutions as Head of Marketing and Business Development. 


Mark comes with extensive experience gained from within the BPO sector and working with large scale brands across the globe, with a 24-year proven sales and account management track record of success within highly competitive, complex and bespoke high growth markets such as Consumer Electronics, Telecoms, Software, Retail, Consumer Packaged Goods, Fast Moving Consumer Goods, IT, Electronic Manufacturing Services Business Process Outsourcing and Customer Services businesses. 


From a Marketing and Sales background, Mark has worked in an international environment with assignments in France, Germany, UK, USA, South Korea and latterly, The Netherlands, he is now back in the UK with his family living in Somerset.


Mark will be joining us to spearhead the vision to help our clients achieve strategic advantage for their customers using innovative and forward-thinking solutions in digital customer care.
